Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms cover the website rushcity.net and the City Rush mobile game (“the game”). By using them you agree to these terms. Purchases and downloads made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are also governed by that store’s terms; on iOS, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
1. The game
City Rush is a fictional crime action comedy intended for players 16 and over (the store’s age rating varies by region, for example PEGI 18). Everything in it — the city, its people, companies, brands, police units and events — is invented. Any resemblance to real people or organisations is a coincidence and not a statement about them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under the rules of the store you got it from. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the game, or use cheats that harm other people or our services.
2. Key to the City
The Key to the City is an optional one-time in-app purchase. It unlocks the features described on the Key page and in the game. It has no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies. If you reinstall the game or move to a new device with the same store account, you can restore the purchase.
3. The website
You may browse the site, share its pages and use the material on the press page to write or make videos about City Rush. Everything else on the site — text, art, music, logos — belongs to City Rush and may not be reused without permission.
4. Music for creators
You may use City Rush gameplay footage and the Rush City FM music that plays in it in your videos and streams about the game, including monetised ones. Please credit “City Rush”. We don’t register the music with content-matching systems, so it shouldn’t trigger claims; if it ever does, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
5. No warranty
The game and the site are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them running and bug-free, but we can’t promise they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
6. Changes
We may update these terms when the game or the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
