When does City Rush come out?

Soon. Leave your email on the home page and we’ll tell you the minute it launches on Google Play and the App Store.

Is it free?

Yes. The whole story and every district are free. The optional Key to the City ($4.99, once) removes ads and adds a few comforts — never a shortcut. Details on the Key page.

Which languages?

English plus 25 more, from Español and Deutsch to 日本語 and Українська. Names of streets and places stay English, like signage.

Can I play on my tablet or foldable?

Yes — the game is built for phones first and tested on a foldable, and it adapts to bigger screens.

I found a bug. What should I send?

In the game: Settings → Support → Report a bug. It opens your mail app with the game version and device model filled in. Tell us what happened and, if you can, how to make it happen again.

How do I restore the Key to the City?

Reinstall the game on a device signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account — the Key is restored automatically when the game starts.

Can I use the music in my videos?

Yes, in videos and streams about City Rush. See the press page and our terms.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the game: Settings → Privacy choices (ads), where available. On iPhone you can also use Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
