Night Division · Case RC-1296

The Captain

Police who sell protection

The Captain runs Night Division, a small and very profitable corner of the police that sells protection, mostly from itself. Not every officer is his, and paying him doesn't stop the regular police from arresting you. You'll hear his sirens long before you see his face.
